Outbound Sales / Sales Development (Remote)

 

We’re looking to hire world-class Outbound Sales Development Representatives who can help us build and scale the Outbound engine at timeBro as a key driver of revenue.

You’re a great fit if

  • You have 2+ years of Inbound or Outbound SDR experience at a technology company
  • You have consistently been a top performer in prior roles
  • You have experience working with a technical product or possess the aptitude to quickly learn this
  • You are a self starter with the hunger to be great
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are able to create process from chaos
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Enthusiastic professional with focus on Sales
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages desired

 

You will

  • Identify high potential companies who can benefit from timeBro’s solution
  • Partner closely with our CMO to ideate and execute on effective prospecting strategies to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities
  • Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple industries and personas
  • Write emails, social media messages and make cold calls
  • Codify and contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members
  • Use a data driven approach to identify success and focus on optimizing conversion rates which will move the needle
  • Communicate the value of timeBro and its features to potential prospects
  • Provide product Demonstrations/Webinars

 

About the hiring process:
If you're the right person, the process will be super fast.
First step is answering the questionaire in our application form.
Then we will have a chat where we talk about your motivation, expectations and our company -- around 30 minutes.
The next round will be a take home test.
This is followed by a position interview.
If you check all our boxes, you will get an offer within the next few days.
